Mr. Shackelford joined LCG in 2005, and was previously a Senior Manager with Ernst and Young in Chicago and London in their Transaction Advisory Services Group, performing financial due diligence on potential investments for leading LBO funds and corporations. Prior to that, Mr. Shackelford was a Senior Accountant in Ernst and Young's Assurance and Advisory Business Services Group. Mr. Shackelford has a BA in Accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
