LASALLE CAPITAL GROUP has a wealth of experience in understanding and overcoming the financial, strategic and operational challenges faced by growing lower middle market businesses.

LaSalle Capital Group operated as a fund-less sponsor from 1984-2004, making over thirty equity investments. In 2004, Rocco Martino and Jeff Walters formed the successor company and raised a committed fund. We have since added to our investment team and now have six Principals with over 66 years of combined experience investing in the lower middle market.

We are currently managing two committed funds totaling over $250 million in capital raised from prominent financial institutions and high net worth individuals. From our pool of dedicated capital, we can provide the necessary resources to recapitalize a business, fund growth plans, or make strategic, complementary acquisitions.
