Mr. Carey joined LCG in 2005. Prior to joining LCG, Mr. Carey co-founded a business and spent two years working as an entrepreneur. Before that, he was an Associate with Wind Point Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, and an Analyst in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers. Mr. Carey holds a BA from Northwestern University and a JD with High Honors from The Law School at the University of Chicago. During law school, Mr. Carey worked as a summer associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and at Latham & Watkins.
