Mr. Martino joined LCG in 1989, and previously was a Partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he directed numerous audit and takeover related due diligence engagements. Mr. Martino holds a BBA from University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
